Hi, I’m Jennifer Edwards
Certified Nutrition Coach & Certified Metabolic Balance Practitioner
I help women 40+ find balance, energy, and confidence - because I’ve been there myself.
My own health journey began in my twenties, when I hit my highest weight and realized something had to change. Like so many women, I turned to popular diets and lost the weight… until it came back. Over and over again.
After years of yo-yo dieting, I decided to stop chasing quick fixes and start understanding why my body kept fighting me. In my 40s, I began exploring a sustainable, science-based approach - combining low-carb nutrition, intermittent fasting, and label literacy to finally uncover what truly worked.
That journey didn’t just transform my health - it lit a fire in me to help other women do the same. I became a Certified Nutrition Coach and recently a Certified Metabolic Balance® Practitioner, empowering women to eat in harmony with their hormones, understand their metabolism, and lose weight without restriction.
Today, I specialize in helping women navigate perimenopause and menopause with personalized nutrition strategies that balance hormones, reduce inflammation, and restore confidence.
